We built our first home in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1958. Since then, we have built over 350,000 more, becoming one of Britain's largest and best known homebuilders in the process.

Once again we have achieved 5 star house-builder status. We are the only major national housebuilder to have been awarded the maximum 5 star rating for eight years in a row. It's also the thirteenth year we've won more NHBC "Pride in the Job" Awards than any other housebuilder. It's certainly more proof that we are the nation's leading house-builder.
