Homes for Scotland Awards

Our Scotland division has enjoyed resounding success at this year's Homes for Scotland Awards. We were proud to take home the standout award of the ceremony, Homebuilder of the Year 2021, with judges blown away by our high-quality homes, approach to the environment and innovation and customer-centric designs at our developments across Scotland. The commitment to keeping our workforce safe during the pandemic was also hailed as a triumph.

Further success came for Scotland's Riverside at Cathcart development, which was announced joint recipient of the hotly contested Development of the Year (Medium) award. The dual-branded Heritage Grange site in Edinburgh also received a commendation in the Large Development of the Year category, for which judges were hugely impressed with the range of new facilities including a school, play area and communal areas.

Housing Design Awards

Our Southern Counties and Kent division's development, Cane Hill Park, recently won an award at the Housing Design Awards. The judges were pleased to see that the site had been completed following the original masterplan, and that the utmost care and attention was paid to the housing and landscaping from start to finish. HTA Design who designed the architecture and landscaping were also in attendance at the ceremony to collect the award.

British Home Awards

We recently won the 'Best Housing Partnership' award at the prestigious British Homes Awards for our collaboration with the RSPB at our North Thames development, Kingsbrook in Aylesbury. The British Homes Awards' panel of expert judges, who all work within key areas of the building industry, awarded the partnership the overall winner, recognising the role that nature plays at the heart of the new homes development.
