The Innovation Award
Our Zed House has been particularly successful this year! Our zero carbon concept home has picked up the prestigious 2022 NextGeneration Innovation Award. The Innovation Award further showcases our determination to be the leading national sustainable housebuilder – and is a great testament to the hard work of teams across the business and our fantastic partners and suppliers.
Off-Site Awards
The Zed House has also won Client of the Year at the Off-Site Awards. The Off-Site Award celebrate the best in offsite technology in projects that represent outstanding examples.
Big Biodiversity Awards
Also, the Zed House won Habitat Creation: Small Project of the Year for its exemplar wildlife-friendly garden at the Big Biodiversity Awards. In partnership with RSPB, the small-scale easily maintained garden was designed to protect wildlife and achieve biodiversity net gain. The success of the garden will help Barratt educate homeowners about how best they can support wildlife.
The Housebuilder Awards
We were incredibly proud to be named Large Housebuilder of the Year at The Housebuilder Awards 2022 – our third win in four years! Barratt London also picked up a Commended award for their Upton Gardens development at The Housebuilder Awards 2022.
WhatHouse? Awards
Barratt London team was also awarded the WhatHouse? silver award for Best Apartment Scheme and a silver award in the Best Mixed-Used Development category for High Street Quarter, Hounslow.
