Eighteenth Year of Pride in the Job Success

We are delighted to announce that 98 of our site managers have won 2022 Pride in the Job Quality Awards. We are proud to have received even more awards than last year, and more than any other housebuilder for an incredible eighteen consecutive years, demonstrating our commitment to leading the future of housebuilding by putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
The Pride in the Job Quality Awards recognises site managers who achieve the highest standards in housebuilding across the UK. This is a fantastic achievement, particularly considering that the winners are selected from more than 8,000 site managers working on sites registered with the NHBC, with just 443 individual winners recognised.
34 of our site managers then went on to receive Seal of Excellence Awards and one, Kirk Raine, our Project Manager at The Grove at Doseley Park in the Mercia division, has been named Supreme Winner for 2022 in the Large Builder Category at the NHBC Pride in the Job Supreme Awards.
