UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak visits our Hayes Village development in West London

We were pleased to have hosted UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at our Hayes Village development in West London yesterday.
The Prime Minister met customers and members of our site team as he toured the development, before announcing a new £200 million fund for development of brownfield areas in the capital.
Hayes Village is due for overall completion in 2028, and will eventually see 1,500 homes set in nine acres of a previously brownfield site - the former Nestlé chocolate factory. One of its defining features is the iconic Sandow building, which has been restored to its original façade. The Art Deco style entrance hall has also been brought back to its former glory.
The development also features a 1.3km walking trail, 200m running track, a new public square, gym and canal frontage, all close to the Elizabeth line.
