We continue to be the country’s leading national sustainable housebuilder

This was underlined last week by the NextGeneration benchmark, where we were again ranked as the leading national sustainable housebuilder, and second on the list overall, scoring 85% across over 60 criteria covering the full ESG spectrum.
NextGeneration is the only sustainable housing benchmark used by the majority of UK housebuilders to assess their sustainability performance.
On top of our Gold Award for scoring so highly (for the 8th year in a row) we also won the Crystal Award for transparency (for the 4th time) and the Innovation Award (for the 3rd time) for our Energy House 2.0 project.
Whilst we are really proud of these awards we recognise we still have a lot more work to do to achieve our wider sustainability goals – delivering zero carbon homes to all our customers from 2030 and becoming a net zero business by 2040.
