National Apprenticeship Week

On Monday, the Industry and Parliament Trust held their annual dinner to mark National Apprenticeship Week, attended by figures from across business and parliament including Seema Malhotra, Shadow Skills Minister, and former Home Secretary the Lord Blunkett.
Representing Barratt at the dinner was Abigail Stevens. Abigail, pictured second from the right, is working towards her Level 3 Site Carpentry Advanced Apprenticeship at York College. She gave a fascinating account of her experience so far and the benefits of an apprenticeship in construction.
We are really proud of Abigail and all of our apprentices for their hard work and dedication. The future of housebuilding is in safe hands!
