Bogus purchase orders
We have been alerted that some companies with whom we have no trading relationships are receiving alleged purchase orders or e-mail communications allegedly ordering goods. They purport to have been issued by BDW Trading Limited and Barratt Homes and authorised by its directors. Any such order should be disregarded. They are not genuine. We are aware that a number of attempts have been made to persuade European based suppliers to deliver goods on credit purportedly on our behalf.
Please note that we have no employee or Managing Director named John Milton and all our purchasing is conducted on our standard terms on orders placed from our UK trading divisions.
